Email automation@mia-ins.co.il with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Please provide enough information to identify the relevant WhatsApp interaction. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
The request will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, security, and record-retention obligations. Where deletion cannot be completed immediately because retention is legally or operationally required, the requester will be informed as appropriate.
